GoogleBizPro Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and GoogleBizPro.ai ("GoogleBizPro", "we", "us"). They cover your use of googlebizpro.ai, the GoogleBizPro dashboard and the services we provide through them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use GoogleBizPro for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure, because you are responsible for activity under your GoogleBizPro account.
- The information you give us about yourself and your business must be accurate.
- You may only connect a Google Business Profile that you own or manage, or that the owner has authorized you to manage.
3. What GoogleBizPro does
GoogleBizPro keeps your Google Business Profile active for you. Depending on your plan, the service:
- creates posts and images for your business using AI, and publishes them to your Business Profile;
- drafts and posts replies to your customer reviews;
- sends review requests by text message to customers you choose.
What each plan includes, such as posts per day and review requests per month, is listed on our pricing page.
4. Your authorization to post for you
When you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize GoogleBizPro to act on your behalf to:
- read your list of locations and their basic details;
- upload photos and publish posts to the location you select;
- read your reviews and publish replies to them.
Depending on your settings, posts and review replies may be published automatically, without you approving each one. You can turn scheduled posting off, edit or delete anything we publish, and disconnect your Business Profile at any time.
This authorization lasts until you disconnect your Business Profile or your account is closed.
5. AI-generated content
Posts, images and review replies are created by AI from the brand details and reference images you provide.
- AI content can contain mistakes and may resemble content created for other businesses. We do not guarantee it is accurate, unique or right for your business.
- Generated images are illustrations in the style of your brand. They are not photographs of your actual premises, staff, products or customers.
- You are responsible for what is published on your Business Profile. That includes making sure it is truthful and follows Google's policies and the laws that apply to your business.
- Check your posts and replies regularly. If something is wrong, delete it or tell us, and update your brand details so it does not happen again.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you give us, including your logo, photos and brand details. You give us permission to use that content to provide the service to you, which includes sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share it with us.
You own the posts and images we create for your business, to the extent the law allows. You can keep using them after you cancel.
If you rate posts or send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service.
7. Review requests by text message
Some plans let you send review requests by text message. When you use this feature:
- You give us the first names and mobile numbers of the customers to contact. We send the request on your behalf, from a phone number we assign to your business, and the message names your business as the sender.
- You confirm that each person is a real, recent customer and that you have the consent the law requires to text them. In the United States this includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
- Recipients can opt out by replying STOP. We stop texting anyone who opts out, and you agree not to add them again.
- You will follow Google's review policies. That means no payment or rewards for reviews, and no asking only the customers you expect to rate you highly.
- We do not promise that any customer will leave a review, or what they will say.
Replies to a review request may be forwarded to you. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect a Business Profile you do not have authority to manage;
- upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights;
- use the service to create fake reviews or to mislead customers about your business;
- send review requests to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- break Google's terms or policies for Business Profiles;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or interfere with how it runs.
9. Google and other third parties
GoogleBizPro is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.
Your Business Profile remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. Google decides what appears on your profile, and may reject or remove posts, change its systems or suspend a profile. Those decisions are outside our control and we are not responsible for them.
The service also relies on other providers, such as messaging companies. We are not responsible for outages or changes in their services.
10. Our service
We own GoogleBizPro, including the software, website and brand. These terms give you the right to use the service. They do not transfer any ownership of it to you.
11. No guarantees
We work to keep your Business Profile active and on brand, but we do not promise specific results. That includes search rankings, profile views, calls, customers, reviews or revenue.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
13. Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from any third-party claim that arises from:
- content you provide or approve for publication;
- the customer contact lists you give us, or your texting of those customers;
- your breach of these terms or of the law.
14. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts others or the service at risk, or if Google restricts our access to your Business Profile.
When your account closes, we stop publishing and disconnect from your Business Profile. Content already published stays on Google until you remove it. Sections 5, 6 and 11 to 15 continue to apply after your account closes.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles county, CA and both of us accept the jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
