Questions
What's a review request?
We text your recent happy customers a friendly thank-you with a direct link to leave a Google review. You add the customer list, and replies can be forwarded to your phone. Included with Plus and Max.
What if I can't connect my Business Profile?
You won't be charged. We'll walk you through the fix, like getting added as a Manager on your profile.
Do I need a customer list?
Only for review requests on Plus and Max. You can add it later from your dashboard.
Can I check posts before they go out?
Yes. Once you've picked a plan and set up your profile, you'll preview your first post before it goes live, with options to fine-tune the look if it needs it.
