GoogleBizPro Privacy Policy

The short version
GoogleBizPro is a service from GoogleBizPro.ai ("GoogleBizPro", "we", "us") that keeps a local business active on its Google Business Profile. We create and publish posts and photos, draft replies to customer reviews, and send review requests on your behalf. This policy explains what information we handle to do that, on googlebizpro.ai and in the GoogleBizPro dashboard.
- We access only the Google Business Profile you choose to connect, and only to run the features you signed up for.
- We never ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or other Google services.
- We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
- We share information only with the service providers that help us run GoogleBizPro.
- You can disconnect your Business Profile or delete your account at any time.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
Google Business Profile data
When you connect your Business Profile, Google asks you to grant GoogleBizPro permission to manage it. We use that permission only for the features below.

We store the access tokens Google issues so the service can keep working while you are away. We delete them when you disconnect.
What we do not do with Google data:
- We do not sell it, or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers.
- We do not use it for advertising of any kind.
- We do not use it to develop or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- Our team looks at it only to give you support you ask for, to keep the service secure, or to comply with the law.
GoogleBizPro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove GoogleBizPro's access at any time in your Google Account under third-party connections, or by contacting us.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- create posts, images and review replies that fit your business;
- publish that content to your Business Profile, on the schedule and settings you choose;
- send review requests to the customers you select;
- run your account, including sign-in, support and service notices;
- keep the service secure and prevent misuse;
- improve the service. Your ratings of posts tune the content we create for your own business.
AI processing
GoogleBizPro uses AI to create your content. To do that, we send the relevant material to our AI provider, currently OpenAI. This includes your brand details, your reference images and, for review replies, the text of the review.
We use AI providers through their business APIs, whose terms state that this content is not used to train their models.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run GoogleBizPro, and only as far as each one needs it.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Posts, photos and review replies we publish to your Business Profile are public on Google.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is open.
- When you disconnect Google: we delete your stored access tokens and stop accessing your Business Profile.
- When you close your account: we delete your account, brand details, reference images and customer contact lists within 30 days.
- If you stop using your account: we may delete accounts that have not been signed in to for 12 months.
Content already published to your Business Profile stays on Google until you remove it there. To ask us to delete your information, email support@googlebizpro.ai.
Security
We encrypt information in transit and at rest, and limit access to the people and systems that need it to run the service. Customer contact lists stay private to your account and are used only to send your review requests.
No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we honor those requests.
If you received a review request by text and want the messages to stop, reply STOP.
GoogleBizPro is based in the United States, and information is processed and stored there.
Children
GoogleBizPro is a service for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we also tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect.
